 How can I export the names and addresses from my mailing list for use by a mailing service or to send to my Archdiocese/Diocese?
Solution Most services will accept comma-delimited ASCII text files.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to Reports-Labels-Members-To Mailing List-By Zip Code-Presort Export File
2. When the Labels Configuration Screen appears, use the following settings:
Page Range: All
Destination: CSV (Comma-delimited file)
Printer Name: Default
Filename: C:\DEACON97\REPORTS\EXPORT.CSV (or to store it in your "My Documents" folder, use C:\MYDOCU~1\EXPORT.CSV).
4. Run the report by clicking "Run Report" The file "EXPORT.CSV" will be produced in the location you indicated above.

This file contains a header line with field names and a line for each record.

SAMPLE OUTPUT:
ENVELOPE,ENVLABEL,Address2,Address,City,State,Zip
"0002.01",Mr. and Mrs. John Pappas,,1892 Duncan Dr.,Smithtown,IL,"13628"
